The record

What guests consistently report

124 of 250 written reviews read, covering May 2026 to Sep 2026. Counts are guests, not extracted sentences. A guest who praised and criticised the same subject stays one guest, on both sides. Every subject below is counted over that whole set of reviews, not over the guests who happened to mention it, so the same subject is comparable from one hotel to the next.

Most praised: Facilities47 of the 77 guests who wrote about it had nothing but praise, more than any other subject here.

Across the subjects

Most of what guests complain about was recorded as describing the property rather than a room: pool crowding and the shortage of poolside seats, the slow or unhelpful staff responses, and the billing disputes. The complaints that do attach to a booked room — cleanliness on arrival and during servicing, in-room faults such as a clogged sink or weak air conditioning, and firm beds or pillows — came from four booked categories in each case, so this record cannot point to a category that avoids them.

What guests love

62 of 124 reviewers praised facilities; 29 raised a problem · 15 did bothSpacious suites and the on-site bars, restaurants and grounds draw the praise — 15 guests described rooms or public areas as spacious — while parking is the one repeated complaint, raised by 14 guests.

31 of 124 reviewers praised pool and beach; 11 raised a problem · 2 did bothPraise lands on the pool's size, the slide and the adjoining pool bar; the reservations are narrower — crowding at the pool, and a shortage of poolside chairs and sunbeds.

26 of 124 reviewers praised location and access; 2 raised a problemGuests praise being close to the theme parks, Disney Springs, the Premium Outlets and Orlando restaurants; 26 accounts are favourable, but 2 guests reported the resort was far from everything and needed Uber to get anywhere.

What repeatedly goes wrong

11 of 124 reviewers raised deposits and charges; not one praised itRaised more often here than across the record — 8.9% of this hotel’s reviewers, against 2.6% at the hotels NoraView has read.Every account here is a complaint, and they concern different charges: nightly paid parking, a $300 holding fee deposit, and room-bill errors including resort fees charged again.

4 of 124 reviewers praised bed comfort; 7 raised a problemBedding complaints name different things: beds too hard or stiff, very hard pillows, a mattress too soft, and a sofa bed with damaged springs; 4 other guests called the beds comfortable.
Price

Is it worth the price?

No rate is shown here, and none is averaged. This section assesses what guests got for what they paid; the live figure for your dates lives behind the button at the bottom of this page.

What supports the price

Guests credit spacious suites with separate living areas, well-kept grounds, a large pool with a slide and pool bar, and a spread of restaurants and bars on site — some saying they had no need to leave the property.

What weakens it

Parking is charged daily with no shuttle from the far lots, guests call on-site food, drinks and room service expensive, and every account about charges is a complaint with no report of the disputed items being reversed. An account dated September 2026 also says no breakfast buffet was running.

Conclusion

Nothing in this record establishes what you would pay, so judge value against your own quote. What guests say they got for it is suite space and a lot of on-site leisure; parking, food and drink and a card hold sit on top of the room rate.

Feel and fit

What it feels like — and who it suits

Accounts describe a lively resort-style property: a DJ and family fun, a lobby that "smells incredible", a stylish hotel with a "5 star feel", and a sports bar and kept grounds to move between.

Resort-style praise does not mean a quiet stay: a family reported a poolside DJ that made rest impossible, and a family in a Queen Suite with Pool View heard everything through an entrance door with no seal.

Likely a good fit if…

  • You want to swim, eat and drink without leaving the property: guests name the pool and slide, the pool bar, a sports bar, several restaurants and the Market's ice cream.
  • You want a base for Orlando sightseeing: favourable accounts cite proximity to the theme parks, Disney Springs, Universal and the Premium Outlets.
  • You need room to spread out: accounts describe suite layouts with a separate living area, generous sink space and a spacious two-bedroom villa.
  • You want an animated resort scene with entertainment rather than a quiet, secluded retreat.

Think carefully if…

  • You rely on housekeeping through a longer stay: reports include towels and bed sheets not changed, and returning to no toilet paper or soap after servicing.
  • You sleep badly on firm bedding, or extra sleepers in your party will use a sofa bed — one family reported the sofa bed mattress springs all damaged.
  • You plan to eat every meal on site: the cost reports cover restaurant breakfast, drinks and room service rather than a single outlet.
  • You will not have a car: 2 guests reported the resort was far from everything and that they had to Uber anywhere.
Room evidence

Does the room category change the answer?

A room upgrade can change a room-specific risk. It cannot fix a property-wide or shared-facility one.

Paying up for a different category is not shown to avoid the reported problems. Cleanliness complaints tied to a booked room, in-room faults such as a clogged sink, toilet trouble, weak air conditioning and villa suites said to need renovation, and firm beds or pillows were each reported from 4 booked categories, so no category in this record is shown to escape them; only 2 guests tied night noise to their own room, too few to compare categories. One documented booking distinction: a couple in a Newly Re-Imagined Caribe Queen Suite reported no balconies, while a solo guest in a Two-Bedroom Villa enjoyed their patio. Before paying more, confirm which category you are quoted and whether it has the outdoor space you expect.

Unknowns

What we couldn't verify — and what to ask

Reporting the gaps is part of the report. A subject only one or two guests wrote about is not a finding, and printing it beside a subject thirty guests addressed would give it a weight it has not earned.

The reviews cannot establish

  • Whether disputed charges were put right

Accounts on this subject describe a holding fee, resort fees charged again, a double late check-out fee and bar charges taken from an incidental deposit, but none says whether the amounts were reversed. Only 1 of these accounts ties a charge to the room booked, so the rest bear on the property's billing.

  • Wi-Fi performance is untested here

One family account, dated July 2026, called the Wi-Fi bad with no detail on speed, dropouts or coverage, and nothing favourable sits beside it. The record cannot say whether the trouble was constant or occasional.

  • Breakfast buffet availability

An account dated September 2026 reports that no breakfast buffet was available during that stay, and an earlier guest missed having one as an option. The record does not establish whether a buffet runs now.

One further subject was written for this hotel and withheld at our own review:
value

The guests wrote about this subject; our check rejected how the summary was worded, so we do not publish it. That is a fault on our side, not a gap in the evidence.

Ask before you book

  1. 1

What is the parking charge per night now, and is there any shuttle from the outer lots to the building?

Why ask this? Parking is the repeated complaint here, with accounts dated May to August 2026 describing a 20-minute search, $34 per day and parking far out with no shuttle; the evidence establishes no direction, so it does not show whether the shortage has eased.
  2. 2

How much will be held on my card at check-in, and what posts automatically to the room account?

Why ask this? Every account on charges here is a complaint: an account dated September 2026 describes a $300 holding fee deposit, and others report bar charges drawn from the incidental deposit and billing errors, with no account saying the amounts were reversed.
  3. 3

Does the category you are quoting me have a balcony or patio?

Why ask this? A couple in a Newly Re-Imagined Caribe Queen Suite listed no balconies as a drawback, while a solo guest in a Two-Bedroom Villa enjoyed their patio — the one booking distinction the room-linked accounts actually name.
  4. 4

Where will my room sit relative to the pool and entertainment areas, and until what time does amplified music play there?

Why ask this? A family reported a DJ at the pool with deafening noise that made resting impossible, and only 2 guests tied a noise problem to their own booked category — too little to say whether any category is quieter.
  5. 5

Will a breakfast buffet be running on my dates, and what does breakfast cost?

Why ask this? An account dated September 2026 reports the breakfast buffet was not available, 4 accounts call on-site food or drink expensive, and a family put breakfast at above $100 for their party.
  6. 6

Will my room be serviced daily, including linen and towel changes and restocked toiletries?

Why ask this? Problem reports name towels and bed sheets not changed, no toilet paper or soap after servicing, and a request to clean the room never carried out; the room-linked reports span 4 booked categories, so the record cannot point to a category that avoids this.
